Thread: Greg Newton thinks your knees are malformed

Started 3 months, 3 weeks ago by mrdave100
Well Greggy baby has come through again with his retard post of the week. Because we don't squat to defecate our knees haven't developed properly. Its always wonderful to have one of Blow's elitist give their thoughts on the failure of nature's or God's design for the human body because we westerners choose to sit down for 5 minutes a day. If I recall correctly Gregs father figure Peterson always said to not go below thighs parallel to the floor with flat squats. The bethaks (what they call tiger bend squats) are not performed flat footed. WTF is that "tiger bend" all about anyway? Our...

I had a book that was written by an osteopath. He said that everyone should do flat footed freehand squats every day. 10 every day with a pause at the bottom for ten seconds. Its quite a good exercise to do in the morning to get your bowels warmed up and moving. You should be able to find more info if you google "yoga squats" "frog squats" etc

I noted decades ago that little children just naturally squat down the "asian" way. Watch a small child picking a flower and you will see them just drop down into this type of squat. As they get older you don't see the squat down, you see them bend over. The problem most people have in trying to squat like that is that their achilles tendon has shortened and it makes it difficult for them to do...

What do the knees have to do with it ? It's a matter of flexibility......I have no problem squatting all the way down and I don't actively stretch.
