you ask just about everyone you talk to if they want a massage or just randomly massage anyone near you. when you give someone your favorite piece of kandy that you said you were gonna keep for yourself. you give someone your jacket to wear cause you're too hot and they look cold, and tell them if they leave before you come back from dancing that they can keep it. when you fall in love and have your heart broken in the same night lol.

Sure, everything in there would be good for you during a roll. I don't know if it'll have the same therapeutic benefit for clenching as taking an acute dose of magnesium, but it certainly can't hurt.
