I have not had time to read into this issue. Is this good or bad that it passed?

The next bill to pass is. You get 20 gallons of heating oil for the winter season if you line in Main. If you need more oil, you have to do 100 hours of community service and pay a fine of $500.00 per 5 gallons over the allotted amount of 20 gallons per season.

I beleive House and Senate bills have to be reconciled and then revoted on but not sure about the revote.
