You get 20 gallons of heating oil for the winter season if you line in Main.
If you need more oil, you have to do 100 hours of community service and pay a fine of $500.00 per 5 gallons over the allotted amount of 20 gallons per season.

This is great news. I live in Japan where socialized medicine has been around for YEARS and it WORKS. You will see, give it time. I pay $15/mo currently for peace of mind that I can get sick, I can break my leg or I can come down with an incurable ailment and be treated instead of rejected and/or dropped from insurance.
