I couldnt scan the c:windows/mark_32.dll file because it couldn't be found. I tried checking it manually by browsing the c:windows folder and didn't find it either ( I saw the KB updates as well as some .dll files, but not the one in question ). I suspect that your system is 3 or more years old and/or may not have the fastest processor to go along with the limited (512MB) amount of RAM. If you removed what you wanted, all is running properly and your boot time is now down to three (3) minutes, that's about where you'll be at, which is better than you were. You might find a little help with the advice here => Help! My computer is slow! There's only a couple things...

I noticed that some exe files that I checked, appeared again in the processes section ( eg: ctfmon, googletoolbarnotifier ).
