Gynocomastia - growth of female breast tissue in males AKA bitch tits...laymans version of events is that testosterone (the male hormone) is broken down by aromatase, an enzyme complex, into estradiol, which is an estrogen (the female hormone). So when you put a lot of testosterone in to male body (ie go on a steroid cycle) it can result in increased estrogen levels as well, which results in the growth of lovely little man-boobies. Oh dear....
