Thread: Good Potato Salad recipe?

Started 1 month ago by orangejello
Hi, I on a quest to find an awesome potato salad recipe to take to a pot luck dinner tomorrow night. I was uninspired by the limp looking stuff at my neighbourhood deli. Does anybody have a good one? Thanks in advance.

Food Porn! (my favorite kind) takes a delicate touch with seafood on the barbecue. I've seen many a shrimp overcooked.

Try putting them in a ziploc bag and hitting them with a rolling pin or a wooden mallet. Do a smallish batch to see if this works for you. If you like the results, experiment with batch size. Shouldn't take too many blows to get a coarse "chop". ETA - Skippy13, you posted while I was writing. Great minds and all that.
