People who don't/won't carry the insurance shouldn't be punished financially. If they don't carry the cheap medical insurance, they should receive no tax payer provided healthcare assistance. If they have a cut that would be easy enough to stitch up by a doctor, instead the police should be called in and they can escort these people to the nearest hill outside of the city and let them bleed to death.

So, either major party NEEDS the Independent vote to get anyone elected. It would be great if someone could organize this large group and vote out most of the lifers in Congress.
