I remember that someone on here has celiac disease (did I spell that right) my MIL does too and I was looking for a gluten free recipe for a really good dessert. Hey girl, I'm the one with Celiac Disease. My personal favorite dessert is flourless chocolate cake, because it doesn't have to be altered. But there are tons of websites out there. What type of dessert does she like. Speaking of Whole Foods. The Gables location is having a GF cooking class on Wednesday night and if I get out of work, I'm going to try and attend.
