i see r and l followed us and took personal days and 401 this week. im sure others will be next. im fine with the cuts if it helped drivers keep their job. but these cuts come after getting rid of many with many more to follow im sure. read conways newest press release it says with there cuts they were able to get more freight and bring back any drivers laid off and take on more drivers. they also are giving back part of the takebacks in...

Most companies would not get rid of guys that got say 5 more years with the company then guys below them. The class thing is wrong, that screwed alot of guys, and ESTES is a pile of for that.

as long as there is no personal attacks guys I have no problem with this thread so far. I will say Frog that not all the union guys abuse the system. they have their sare but we do also. We jumped the gun maybe on some things as a company will the company be stronger after all the smoke settles ..I think so but how broke can a guy go "hanging in there" thats the question everyone and every company has to ask every day
