Thanks for the positive comments In a stincking mood tonight. I won't rant on but I'm seriously very angry. Anyway, legs went out the window because I wasn't in the mood to train them so decided to blast shoulders instead. Just polished off: 6 boneless chicken strips 2 BBQ Cheesy wraps 2 portions of chips 1 medium pop corn chicken 2 corn on the cobs 1 large beans God bless the colonel. I'm in a better mood already

matt i noticed straight away wen i saw you in the gym the other week that you were alot smaller but i said to rich you look much more healthy wen you were on the gear your held alot of water especially around your face but now your looking really good the size will come back now your back training serious keep it up mate hope to see you in the powerhouse soon

I didn't train in the end. Went for an hour walk with the Mrs and the dog. So nice little bit of cardio Guess I'll just be smashing them up tomorrow instead.
