Thread: GET ZUNE number for support... anyone else tried calling the zune...

sooooo, I was visiting engadget.com today, as i do most day just to see what technology advancements are being made, and low and behold I see ZUNE makes it on the feed...? It says NEW FIRMWARE!!!.? I got very excited and read on, only to find out out it was just for the HDs and only to fix some small problems like player count problem... WTF??? this is more important to them then fixing the sofware to read ALL old zunes?? or fix the common...

I called the number to try to get some support for my sisters non synching zune and twice now I got a busy message there. How many ?other folks having a problem getting their zunes syched and using their zune passes since 4.0, and are trying to talk with a tech support person from zune?   I used to be able to get to a real person quickly... sigh meanwhile msoft dumps another 800 workers in the us....? (another issue)
