Don't buy this one - especially not when it is an amd system as then you have got onboard + dedicated card which will lead to problems. If you get intel + amd it would be a bit less problematic but then i would use a card from 4+ series.

Errr, what's your complaint exactly in the blur plugin. I admit I'm not a good proof-reader but I nothing doesn't really jump out to me there.
