Actually, none of those is on the Reserve List. However, you're right in that promo cards are exempt from following the list, which is how we got stuff like Yawgmoth's Will and Survival of the Fittest. I don't see why the duals would need to be full-frame. Other judge promos aren't, and they'd be exceedingly hot in the regular frame anyway.

Hmm. Zen frame Foil textless dualies... Seems nice, but I'd rather see them in their own frame, more like unhinged or unglued. They'd just need to be that speical, since they'd be going for almost a hundred apiece.
