Thread: Free listing day but still charging me

None of mine are showing any charges at all, they must be operating different things on different servers or something.

I am trying to list items via Turbo Lister to take advantage of today's free listing day. All my auctions are within the qualifying constraints but Turbo Lister still calculates 15 pence per auction.

You won't get charged turbo lister just has the amounts as default. Check your account fees i shouldn't be going up

I did a bunch of relists and it came up as charging me. But when I checked my account fees afterwards I hadn't been charged.

My Turbolister does that, when I start to list I check my balance and then list the stuff and then check the account balance again. My Turbolister calculates the fees and tells me what they are, then when I have uploaded them I get a box come up saying that I save xx amount and fees were 0.00. Have you checked your Turbolister recently for Updates? You need to do that every so often so that you keep it up to date with the latest changes....

When I tried to relist in bulk (by selecting several listings and clicking relist) charges showed up but when I did each one individually they were fine.
