Thread: Found Sword of Darkness

What is Dark Demon?  Is the author of it any good?  I have to have something to read until the next book comes out.  I swear this is torture.  If I could only slow down on my reading.

Jaded, Dark Demon is the next book in the Carpathian series by Christine Feehan and you should read all of them, they are absolutely fabulous and its like 13 or 14 in the series so it should keep you busy for awhile reading to catch up

Oooooh, all you lucky ducks that have it early!  I'm antsy dancin' waiting for mine!  and i'm being so good to!  Our Wal-mart has it but I just refuse...I ordered my copy months ago from Amazon and they are really good about getting things to you on the release date (well they've been good about getting things to me)  so i'm trying to patiently wait 5 MORE DAYS ...

I found Sword of Darkness at Walmart for 4.84. I know what I'll be doing for the next few hours. Now if only Dark Demon would come out early. My B & N said they had it but wont release it intill the 28th. oh well. At least I have SOD.

I picked up SOD on friday the 24 at Barns & Noble. There was only 1 copy. I was lucky! I don't know why some of them have it, but some don't. Weird!

well for those of us who have not found SOD yet, lets look at this way, its good news for Sherri, cuz  if there is scattered buying before its actual release, sales during the release week are lower ,and that would , well, work against our efforts to get it as high as possible on the bestseller lists:D

I'm howling up a storm over here dying for both Sword of Darkness and Dark Demon to hurry up and come out. I keep running to the bookstore and walmart twice a day just to see if they are out. I think the store owners are ready to lock me up.

Barnes & Noble in Ledgewood, NJ had it today -- I'll hopefully get to read it tomorrow.  Won't start it tonight cuz I need to go to bed early (by11:30)   I didn't see it at Walmart or Target today.

I have one reserved at Borders,but they won't sell it until April 1...I told them other people had one...they didn't understand..because they said it hadn't been released yet...Called Wal-Mart here and in a town 35 miles from here...they didn't have it...told them someone got one in another Wal-mart in the state..said we are in a different division(the sticks)....
