Thread: Forearm & Wrist

injured my forearm and wrist(left hand) while doing barbell curls dont think i fracture my wrist. But it dosent hurt, only when i carry heavy object i can feel my forearm and wrist in pain is this due to muscle strain on the forearm? Is this a normal thing and let time do the healing or shuld i go see a chiropractor.

U have injured ur muscle. Most probably when u curl, u bent ur wrist and as u lift, u r putting all the pressure on ur wrist and therefore u get the injuries. Try not to do barbell curl for few weeks and if u wan to start it back, make sure form is correct, u should be curling ur wrist instead (all the time) and LIFT light with high reps first.
