Started 1 month, 2 weeks ago by chronyx
Been putting in a few miles and my legs are a bit achey, is there anything in particular to help ease it so I can keep on rollin'?

Dunno if food is going to help much, just make sure you got enough calories and fluids. You need to give your legs some love, you got someone to massage them or else a foam roller session.

I am liking the recovery pudding from thrive book. Tastes yummy. No idea if its working but legs are feeling OK after many days on the go bike training so maybe it is!

Get some fast carbs and a bit of protein down your neck straight after your ride. Cold shower on the legs helps, too
