i have never really eaten heathly . i currently eat out 3 meals a day mostly fast food . have never counted a calorie in my life , i was wondering if his food intake and and work out was a good place to start and and tweek my fitness program from there.

i also went from 210 to 169 trying to follow john stone's diet and workout on a span of 5 months.
getting those results following a simple and detailed plan was amazing, rewardin and life changing.
Although i regret not working out harder since i focused more on cardio than weights hahaha

I remember John saying that he was a vegetarian when he first started his initial fat loss phase. If I remember correctly he added seafood at first, and then other meat. His earliest food logs (E.g. from February 2003) don't have any chicken, turkey, lean red meat, etc. If you aren't currently a vegetarian, you may want to consider adding some of these.

I have read an incredible amount of iformation on this site. and to a beginner it is quite intimdating. Picking through a site like this with all the information it has to offer people it difficult. i was just looking for a starting block and tweek my program from there.
