Does anyone know if having getting the protective coating on your prints is really worth it? What sort of protection does it really give? Any thought?

My friends used the hahnemuhle spray when they went to NYC to show their portfolios without sleeves. Definitely made a difference; you really had to work to scratch it up.

You can get them heat sealed. Makes them wipe-cleanable and protects against sunlight. It does, however leave a tiny texture. I use this on all box frames & artblocks etc.
