After being held against her will for 18 years, much of it in a backyard hell straight out of a horror film, Jaycee Dugard wants the world to know:
"I'm so happy to be back with my family," she tells PEOPLE.
I hope they do well in their recovery from this ordeal .

What a very sad story this is and I hope that she can be completely normal again. She has missed so much. How something like this can happen today is beyond me.
