Its the typical boom and bust cycle. Those that got in early got their plants built inexpensively and made good money while corn prices were down and gas prices rose. If they paid down their loans and built some equity and some reserves, they can probably weather the thinner margins for a while. But once they started making money, capital investment flowed in from everywhere to build ...

Its the typical boom and bust cycle. Those that got in early got their plants built inexpensively and made good money while corn prices were down and gas prices rose. If they paid down their loans and built some equity and some reserves, they can probably weather the thinner margins for a while. But once they started making money, capital investment flowed in from everywhere to build lots of plants. Construction costs went up by abt 50%. And...
