Re: 2009 blade using oil? Have to top up my oil periodically, done 4k on her now and had to top up 2x. I was told it was something to do with the oils being thinner now

It's nothing to do ...

PCIII Accelerator Pump Feature? Is it worth activating the accelerator pump feature on my PCIII.? Did you notice any substantial difference in smoothness or throttle response? If it did work good, what settings did you use? Kruz

Re: PCIII Accelerator Pump Feature? it is, its not a HUGE difference but it does smooth on/off throttle... i used 20 sens-15 revs-15% fuel ... i have played with it adjusting and these are my favorite.. i especially didnt like high sens. AND ITS FREE!! __________________

Greetings. Just got my '08 CBR1000. Great bike. Really great bike. By the time I got home from the dealer - about 4-5 mile ride - my temperature gauge was showing 218 degrees. I confirmed that the bike has the right level of coolant, and the outside temps were only about 90 degrees today. Is this normal for the CBR? There was also a slight whiff of burning plastic, but I suspect (or hope) ...

trickle charge
Published (2009-12-13 18:01:00)
All this being written, and realizing thats allot to go through just to find out that your battery will not destroied by to much charging; It is recommended that you buy a proper trickle charger, that has the ability to determine when your battery is fully charged, and does not continue with amperage and only holds voltage, when the battery only needs a maintaneing voltage feed.
