Well, I kind of had an unfair advantage (so to speak) on figuring this one out; I had an irrational addiction to the game back in the early 90's. It wasn't pretty. I practically burned out my Genesis playing it. No worries: there's no fair or unfair here, the goal is to identify the...

I know they're massive, but it's there. I'm checking them out. Where did you find...
Wikipedia has a pretty good list of point n' click adventure games that might help identify it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_graphic_adven ture_games Unfortunately, those concept pictures were a little too generic to really help identify the game. I can think of about a half dozen different games that have environments that might look something like that, probably none of which are ...

Where did you find those artworks again? Oh wow, huge lists. o_o I'll start checking them too. I think back when I had the game I just checked all the folders (don't know why, out of curiosity ...

I think I found it! " Zork Nemesis". I was checking the list that was on "Adventure Gamers" site and when I got to the letter B I thought that maybe I should start searching backwards (from the letter z), because there's no point going over on the same games that you already checked (if you already began the search on that list) and on the letter Z there was a series of games called " Zork" ...

Zork!? Wow, that is a blast from the past. I remember that as nothing more than a text adventure I played on an old Apple II. I never followed it beyond the first game, didn't realize that any of the sequels went graphical.
Wow, it says on Google that the first Zork came out on 1980. The Zork I was playing came out on 1996. A retro game, cool. Yeah, there are many Zork games: Zork I, Zork II, Zork III, Beyond Zork, Zork Zero and more and I did suggest that the game I was looking for was around 2005. So it's my bad. The first boss in Ninja Gaiden (Xbox). The next two bosses were pretty simple, but that first one prevented me from playing more than the first stage for a long time.
I'm going to pick up Persona even though I won't be playing it for a while (still working on Disgaea 2) since Atlus games sometimes become hard to find soon after launch. I played Persona 1 on the PS1 a long time ago and enjoyed the monster interaction (the ability to negotiate as opposed to simply fight was something I hadn't seen in a jrpg before) though I didn't think much of the story. *Shrugs* The localization is new,...

Nothing else looks particularly interesting except for Persona on the PSP, though I honestly don't know how much is different from 3 and 4. Gotta say, those Shin Megami Tensei games are really addicting, though. I can't get enough of it and am now going through Digital Devil Saga. Never knew grindy games could be so much fun. Persona for the PSP is a remake...
