When selecting an aircraft in FSX if you click on the 'Details...' button to the bottom right corner, that should bring up a scroll box with a list of specs of the aircraft you selected including, hopefully, Vmo or even Vne. Actually maybe not, I've just had a look at the default A321 and it only has a cruising speed. It may well be so on other planes though.
