Not sure if anyone has seen the site 'Giveaway of the Day' were they offer a totally free programme every day.
Well today they are offering Inpaint. Its a small programme that basically automates the cloning out of objects out of photos.
Just tried it and its pretty good (especially for FREE)

I couldn't make it work very well and it does seem quite slow in processing the selected item
