Thread: FO: Nottingham Hat

Started 1 month, 3 weeks ago by domiknitrix
I made this hat for my 11 year old son birthday. He loves it and my oldest son is now asking for one. I want one too, but it will have to wait because the dpn I used was not made for wool. I need to get some wooden ones first and make it a little bigger for me but I think it looks cool as a cap. Nottingham pattern is free on Ravelry. I used size 9 and Patons Wool from stash (score!).

Ooooh I love the pattern!!! I'm kinda obsessed with cables and lace right now :o) (PS jealous that I can't get my bangs to look that cute under a hat!)

I really love the pattern, DominKnitrix! It kind of reminds me of a lighter weight version of the Unoriginal Hat! I'm on my way over to Rav RIGHT NOW to look up your hat pattern! Wonderful work, BTW!
