Sounds like this could use a spreadsheet to ease all the calculations. My Forza Motorsport 2 Gallery

i'll try out your calculations soon. Nice find btw, I was looking for something like this even though I tune some of my cars.

I'm gonna try this out tonight, I'm really looking forward to see how my Lamborghini Murcielago handles this tune... Will post up later on tonight...

I've been using this little setup guide you have here when you were still tweaking the formulas. I'm debating coding a PHP/MySQL app for this calculator to make it a quick process where the user only has to plug a few numbers in. Might there be any interest for such a Calculator? Edit: Ok, Web Based calculator is Done!!!! You can use it here: Web Based Suspension ...

I'm gonna attempt to make up a spreadsheet, at least for personal usage. I'll let you know if it turns out well.

There are many drivers still involved that also get credit for testing and development of the various calculators, but i'm happy you found it useful.  As for me, i'm taking a break from Forza until Forza 3? comes out, in whatever form that may be.

No. The spring values results are going top be too weak for FM3. You can fix this a variety of ways depending on which calculator you are using. You can add 20% to the vehicle input weight. OR You can add 20% to the spring value results. OR You can use a spring strength modifier setting of 120%. Damper values should self adjust or be appropriate as is for now. FM3 is a new animal, i'm still trying to figure out the changes....

Hi, Just wanted to let folks know that I have made a small update to my excel calculator, thanks go out to TN VOL 94 for catching the problem. Essentially the rear anti roll bar figure was mis-calculating. Sorry folks, but the new version is available via my page. panici: I used the V3 by hand when I did my race Ferrari 355 Challenge. I used the flash V2 calculator to tune my semi-race F430 CS. Really helps for class racing in career. Could someone make a V3 calculator program? An update of the Flash one would be super! I don't know about the other calculators, but I have all three versions available for people who prefer one over another: http://forza2.redshirt1701.com/suspensioninput.cfm Also -...

Nice feuerdog! I'll be updating my calculator this week.  I've burnt myself out on Forza 2 for the past few weeks and am trying to get the motivation to play and develop.  With that being said I can't wait to try out these new numbers, and I WILL update the calculator in the very near future! Once again great job Feuerdog and thanks for all the time you have spent making these awesome tuning calculators....

Strongjag: Lol and lsat post I promise, of someone can give a direct link to the flash one for DL, would greatly appreciate it :) I went ahead and put it all together in a zip file for you. You can still save it directly if you use firefox by selecting File>Save As... This is not possible through IE for some reason. Oh well :) fm2_calculator.zip Thanks. Yet another suspension calculator (V3 based)

iammatt00: Alrighty!  I've finally finished up the Metric version of my calculator!  You select metric by clicking on "Metric" under calculate!  Check it out here: http://fm2calc.ruinedmylife.com/ !  Any and all feedback is appreciated! Looking nice indeed, gonna give it a go later on =) Good to finally see it finished. Btw, are the tire pressure values correct? they seems to display the same...

I put a shortcut on my desk top, and use it OFTEN, http://www.ondaground.net/flash/fm2/ Also, you can extract the zip,    fm2_calculator.zip    , save it to your desk top. open with IE, but you need macromedia flash. to run it. left click on the desktop icon. a windows message will open, asking...

MunkyWorm: Yo FD.  Just a suggestion, but you might want to consider having the tire width ratio of front to rear play a role in your calculations.  I've been finding it makes a huge difference.  Some cars have wider tires in the rear than the front while some have equal widths (you can determine this by going to the tire width upgrade screen and looking at the numbers at the top of the screen).  Find...

printing would help, but if i could store the data then i wouldnt have to key in all the data every time made a change to the car, know what i mean. for example right now i am playing the the pro series, starting with one car in a d class range, then i upgrade it to c, then to b and so on where the downforce and weight may change with each class and it would be nice to not to have re type all the info in each time...
