Thread: F1 Grand Prix 2009

New year, New season, New channel. The F1 is back on the BBC! It starts on March 29th on BBC One. The first tour is Melbourne Australia. Also, some fans will be pleased to know that BBC are showing the Live Qualifications.

Im really glad the the Beeb has got the coverage back cos at least we wont have poxy ad breaks every five bleedin minutes anymore, and why is Canada not being shown.

Don't know. They had Canada last year, but no US.

I can understand the US being dropped as they are more into indy and NASCAR there, but Canada has such a long and illustrious tradition in F1, so I am surprised. But the far east is certainly coming into it more and there is now a lot of competition to host grand prix.

Vettal won the Japanese Grand Prix and Hamilton came in third. BBC SPORT | Motorsport | Formula 1 Just watched this on iPlayer.
