The mouse symbol suggests Windows is trying to start some autoplay function. But given all that you indicate occurred there, I have two ideas to start with there. First, with no CD in the drive right click it in Explorer, and select Properties. Never mind about the above link, I made a mistake. The log report is an "HTML document" and I don't know how to updoad that. Is there any way for me to send it to you? I have no idea how to do it.

If you look below the "Reply to Topic" box when you are typing your next reply you will see the "Manage Attachments" button. Click that and Upload the zipped file.
