Hi, Ive just finished a strength and bulking cycle. It was advanced german volume training. It was enjoyable and i saw good gains in size and have increased 1rmax on all olypic lifts. im now sturggling to write a new program. My goal is to build muscualr endurance needed to perform many sit ups, press ups and pull ups and help with overall muscular endurance. However...

Youve got 2 workout blocks there, a 3 week endurance program followed by a 3 week strength program with some strongman thrown in for a laugh? Personally, i think its a bit crap. Have a look at Defrancos training and conjugated periodisation. To be honest, i think that would suit you down to the ground. Try and watch Strong and Super Strong by defranco, both go into what his training is all ...

I concur with Mike. Muscular endurance and muscular strength are diametrically opposed to one another. I would abandon altogether this interest in endurance training. If you want to get fit for the military or police tests, I suggest Kettlebells. I'm a big convert to kettlebell training over the last 6 months. My lifts have not been adversely affected but my aerobic capacity has gone...

max effort hyper extensions??? you can do 5 sets of 50 dips.. properly? max effort cable twists? that definately doesnt sound healthy.. why do some exercises have a percentage 1rm and others a specific weight? looks far too complicated and a bit bizarre to me but if it works it works and theres only one way to test that.....
