Figured it out? Maybe. Here's what I think.......the reason the preferred shares were converted to common was to allow selling by ARCH Hill of shares they aquired at less than a cent at current market prices. Over the past two weeks or so, there have been 40 million shares traded since we peaked at about 7 cents on the run up. At an average sale price of 5 cents, that's 2 million dollars. Now if ...

No Doc there is more to this, the dumping of large amounts of shares lately I believe is a large shareholder maybe Yorkville Advisor or even Arch Hill being forced to give back the share they hold. My guess it is Yorkville since they only have 40 million shares. Someone forces Yorkville formally known as Cornell Capital to take a 2.6 million loss on the warrants they held which equaled 40 million...

Gold, if that is the case, I sure hope it stops soon. docS (Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long ; ST Rating- Strong Buy ; LT Rating- Hold )

Do you think that support is near the exercise price. LTHU seems to be breaking all sorts of support levels lately. Could it go past the 52-week low of.0250? i wouldn't imagine LTHU going below the exercise price because why would you want to sell below the price you exercised the warrants if you can manipulate the price (Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long ; ST Rating- Buy ; LT Rating- ...

This company never ceases to amaze me, every time I think I figure out what they?re doing they pull something like this that doesn't fit. I believe that this company had a lot of accounting problem that Theo is trying to straighten out, we'll have to give him to the next filing to see how well he?s doing. Gold

first things first, hopefully they hit the date for the filing. Secondly, what can we expect to see? We've had four consecutive quarters of solid revenue growth. We know we're close to capacity. I expect revenue to be in line with the last two quarters, maybe a little higher. The revenue side will be somewhat limited until we either add licensing revenue, or we have an increase in capacity....

I agree that we need more info about what is going on with financing. Who is the biggest financier besides arch hill and the other investment group? If some manufacturing deal were to come about who would be the partner? VW, designline, or another company? If LTHU is near capacity and the production cost of the batteries is still greater than what they are sold then there is a real problem. If no...

Gold, what are you reffering to? I am assuming we will see Q 3 by this Friday. For some reason, Theo wants to stay current. I'm not sure there are going to be any huge surprises. Maybe a PR or letter to shareholders this week as well? He has not answered my prior e-mails, and soon I'm going to blast him as a shareholder. docs (Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long ; ST Rating- Strong Buy ; ...

jd, that is all correct IMO as well. The problem is it is a tall order. What I want to know is what the frig is going on with Designline and EnerSys? Are we assemblying our batteries in North Carolina or not? Theo said we signed the agreement with EnerSys. Where is that PR, or explanation to shareholders? And, what is up with the German Tax Authority? Theo said they wanted the matter closed in ...

dmb, I have spoken with Theo twice, and the last time for almost an hour. He concluded our conversation by making that statement, that this is something you to be in, not out of. I believe he is a sincere man, but the question is, can he pull this off? And I do use Elliot Wave Theory, and follow technicals closely. BUT, I am also a fan of solid fundamentals as well, and that's where we seem to be...

Theo told me they have "simplified" their filings and have every intention of staying current going forward. Here is his last response to me, (from October 10th) and I know he has written others that they are working very hard to get Q 3 out by November 14th. We shall see. Ironic that Friday is the 13th. lol docS Xxxxx I don?t know whether you noticed, but Q1 and Q2 are filed yesterday, we are now current so we put every...

That would be great being current has more implications then just filing them on time. It is a requirements for us to get off the "Pink Sheet" and on to a reputable exchange. The mere fact that we are on the "Pink Sheets" keeps institutional investors from looking at us. Let's hope he is successful. Gold
