If anything put him on freakin ignore gah. Ignore does not prevent the ignored from reading/reporting your posts. Ignore is completely useless for this type of harassment. And apparently, IMDb doesn't care to change it, if they did (let's say, have it where you could not read a person's post that was ignoring you), then the reporting of posts would drop drastically. I hate Alabama.
