Thread: Encore rewards mastercard

Hopefully your sales people were telling you the truth. Our particular cards do NOT allow you to get REWARD POINTS from balance transfers(and that was explained to us because we did ask about it), but we got our cards over a year ago. Perhaps they have changed the rules on the newer cards or maybe it's a promotional deal at this time. Then again..... maybe they did give you false info......it would'nt be the first time thats...

We got our card during an update in Charleston SC and we did not have to buy anything to get it. I have seen members stating issues on getting their reward points credited over to the BG site to help them pay for fees. I have had the card for 7 months and no reward points transitioned over to the Bluegreen site. When I called last week -to the Bluegreen business side for Encore Rewards, I was told in three business days I would see my earned...

this card is a joke, i had it a few years ago and never got anything, i would suggest southwest visa, i earn about 2 free round trip flights per year.

can someone tell me how to get info about these cards and are they available to all Bluegreen owners??

We signed up for our cards at an owners updates about 3 weeks ago at Seaglass Tower. We didn't buy any points . Received our cards a week later. They did tell us that we both should apply for them because they can only give a credit line of so much and if you wanted more you would have to contact the credit card company. When we received the cards our credit line was alot more then they said we would be able to get. Also you cannot get...

The last update I attended was at Laurel Crest in early September. I was offered the card, and told how much you can save by accumulating points to pay fees, but They told me I couldnt have a card if I didnt do an upgrade right then and there. Bottom line, I dont have a card.

had the card since last November, have atleast 17000 rewards...have only gotten credit for about 2600, first months usage. I was at Big Cedar this past week, and brought it up during my update. Guess they have been hearing it alot. Supposedly, the guy I talked to discussed the issue with the VP of the resort as well as the VP of marketing. I was told that there is some sort of communication error. I think they need to be worried about a class...

Has this issue been resolved yet? I just got the card too and would like to charge up 1000's of $ to minimize my maintenance fees. Also, do you get points for balance transfers?
