Have you tried a master reset? If not try that, since it seems to be a software issue.

When I first received the phone I was able to sign onto my email. But i've stop using it for a while and want to go back to using it. When I go to type in my username and password, the screen turns blue and all i see is ok, abc and done at the bottom of the screen. can n e 1 help with that? thank you.
