Wordpress is the way if you have no HTML skills. If you need it installed or configured you can check my signature.

Weebly is an easy option if you don't know html. I'm using it for an affiliate website at the moment and just finished adding adsense. Super easy! Good Luck!

You can buy ready templates for your website, and then you have to upload them at your hosting. But they may not work. Be careful.

Wordpress is a very easy way to set up a website with little to no technical know-how. There's an incredible community there for it too so if you're stuck with anything it's quite likely that there's been someone else there before you who can help you to solve the issue.
