HARTFORD, Conn. — ESPN baseball analyst Steve Phillips acknowledges having an affair with an assistant at the cable network, and has taken a leave of absence during the playoffs. I read an article a few days back about the possiblity of San Diego games being blacked out and I was surprised about it.
