It never ceases to amaze me that in our country if there is something that the public can enjoy there are elected officials telling us they know whats best for us and its unsafe, etc. and they need to mandate "rules" to "protect" us. As is customary for these types of things, the few will ruin the fun for the rest of us by not using proper belts (or any at all), driving above thier ability...
