So i just ordered my 1st graphic tablet from "your Technology Place" and it came in the mail and stuff yesterday, so i was like "yay ^^". Then i opened up'd the box and unwrapped the graphic pen from the plastic and... it was kinda sweaty? (it smelt weird too) So i un-twisted the pen thing to take a look at the battery inside and it was all melted looking (smelt worse!) And yeah, I installed...
Mogtoats Take out the battery, wipe the inside, go wash your hands, insert new battery, try it.
If it doesn't work, return.
*returns* I replaced the battery & cleaned it yesterday D:
Sounds like a leaking battery. Honestly, I wouldn't even bother cleaning it up and trying a new battery. You got something faulty right from the get-go, so if you try to clean it up and such and it still doesn't work, they may say that you tampered with the product and won't give you a refund. Trust me, I learnt the hard way. Good times.
Call or email them before you do ANYTHING to the pen. ...

hattori55 My pen broke when I was using it so if u got a wacom tablet u can go to the site and order a new pen from 40-60 dollars hope my advice helped smile
I got the LaPazz.... I'll see if i can get a replacement though (that'll be my last resort) Oh and my graphic tablet cost like $35 so... hopefully the pen replacement would cost less than the thing it's self
