Good god, how did he not die? That is big trouble for the leadership at that fraternity, I remeber they always told us that the President's of houses could face jail time if caught hazing pledges.

I understand peer pressure is a power thing, but how does someone not step in and question if this was a good idea? There has to be some kid, somewhere in that house that might have considered that this kid was probably getting too drunk for his own good, and maybe should cut in off at 2 cups full of everclear.
