Thread: Double Dose: Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG & McLaren MP4-12C Revealed

Started 3 months, 3 weeks ago by Gloibin

i'll fix my title when the protection is off. as for the McLaren.. too generic. the specs and all that good stuff looks awesome.. but the design is blargh. Looks like something designed from a video game. As for the Mercedes. I LOVE IT. just the right amount of retro. the MB looks very good. I think the only way it could look better is if the front wasn't as busy, the very bottom 3 vents across the front i think could have been left out and stretch the other vents down a tad. Also, the back pillars could use a bit more glass. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the McLaren was the faster of the two, but the McL looks ugly.

Makes sense. I was just thinking about them the other day - ie, what are they up to, will they keep working with mercedes or make another creation of their own, etc. Quote: Behind the tub sits a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 engine producing around 600 horsepower and 433 lb-ft of torque, offering what McLaren claims is the highest horsepower to CO2 ratio of any internal combustion engine on the market – gasoline, diesel or even hybrid....
