I compiled this list of every power in the game and organized them by their general category of effect. Mainly to help myself decide what kinds of abilities I might want to add to the framework I decided to focus on. For example, if I wanted to add some ranged crowd control to a martial arts build. At present I would have to sort through lists and lists of powers of every framework to try to ...

Force also has a Block enhancement called: Force Shield - Self damage reduction. -Applies Absorption to self, which converts incoming damage to energy. Absorption persists for short duration after Block.

Yes there have been several patches since the game came out. Maybe your firewall or router is blocking the client from downloading the patch data.

At level 2, superspeed becomes so fast, you can run circles around your enemies and they won't or can't attack you. I tested that out in the desert and ran into and around Area 51, to include stopping in the hangar and zipped right out again, untouched.

You could always take a look around the official Website. It is difficult to say without knowing more about what type of games you play.

Uh, what? Shapeshifting =/= costumes. Every power would actually cause your character to morph somehow. Huge arms, grow legs, form a shield, turn into a completely different creature, etc.

1. There were some preorder bonuses, with costume unlocks and such, but nothing like that available now. I think getting it on Steam gives you an action figure or something though, that I'm not sure. 2. The Steam achievements are tied to certain Perks you can get ingame, so you can get them anyway. There just won't be a Steam achievement tied to it if you don't get the Steam version. 3. There's only one server, with zones...

Is this game worth getting?

I really think posts like this are just made to encourage flame wars. I've never seen a game with so many people so whacked out over the "is this game good or bad" argument. OP, if your post was genuine, take the amount of people checking the board every day to talk about how much they hate it as a good sign. Regardless of their complaints, they're still paying attention to it. Bottom line, if you like the theme......
