Thread: Does anyone know any good low sodium recipes?

I am concerned that my husband and I are getting too much salt in our diets. Prefer recipes without any real onion although dried onion is o.k. Also, neither of us like mushrooms, so if you can leave those out it would be fantastic.

Thanks for your help. Looks tasty. I will check out the website. Do you know where can I find safflower oil? I've never seen that before. Is there another type of oil I can substitute if I can't find it.

Mexican Grilled Shrimp ------------------------------- (credit goes to the original author). Thanks for your help. Looks tasty. I will check out the website. Do you know where can I find safflower oil? I've never seen that before. Is there another type of oil I can substitute if I can't find it.
