About the ONLY thing the riaa could do to win this war is go back in time (like the BORG) and pass the DMCA in the late 1970s... thus short-circuiting the nascent Microsoft Corporation. Then we would not have the multi-trillion dollar tech industry that we do today... and no explosive internet demand which is a glove & hand fit for music piracy. Thank god the music industry doesn't have a time ...

About the ONLY thing the riaa could do to win this war is go back in time (like the BORG) and pass the DMCA in the late 1970s... thus short-circuiting the nascent Microsoft Corporation.
