Thread: Do you remember how painful it was to hear about the delay?

Started 2 months, 2 weeks ago by Autonomous_1
I died a little inside when I heard about it. But now, I've seen the movie 4 times, will buy it on DVD, and there's only a little more than a year left until DH1. That which does not kill you... Team Harry: Because real men don't sparkle.

I remember writing a very strongly worded letter to Warner Brothers, and thinking that I would not be able to live for another 11 months if I couldn't see it. Haha I have now seen it 5 times! I'm not going into the toilet... I'm going into SHOWBUSINESS!!!

Lol I was just like 'meh' and got on with it I'd waited ages for the film anyway. Now, Assassin's Creed 2 is a game I've been eagerly awaiting for, and it comes out in 2 weeks, and my xbox just broke. That is pain. Team Alice! I think she's having hysterics. Maybe you should slap her.

I whined to the world, complaining that they had cancelled Christmas. That was the most disappointing feeling ever. So sad.. I kinda cried... =( I think it was the worst because we had had the date for so long, so I had been counting down for a really long time. I remember a year before the first date, I was like, A YEAR FROM TODAY... and it was so CLOSE to the date by the time they changed...

Personally, I prefer the November release date, specially if the has a winter scene it. It just seams to fit in with the time of year. However, when I heard of the delay in the release date, I was a little disappointed. But I quickly got over it and waited. I rather have a film done right and polished than a film rushed to completion because of a approaching release date as most films are....

I was kind of the same a bit disappointed but got over it, figured jsut less wait until the 7th at least, figured that'd be a harder wait due to the semi cliffhanger type ending of it. I was a bit irked by the move that but understood it for financial terms. I mean they had a huge hit with Dark Knight adn nothing in 2009 so woudl have been a massive 2008 with both dark knight and HBP and a very ...

I remember being so pissed...and then the movie came out and I was like "I had to wait all that time for THIS? WTF?!?!" and I was pissed again. If you hate Jesus Christ and are 100% proud of it, copy this and make it your signature!
