Hi,
Yes it is, I've seen a few on my travels fixed to the back of a Disco, but my microcat as gone t&t's up, and for love nor money i can't find the oem part number.

It sure is, can be bought from the dealer Part No VUB104850 , obviously the "addons" cannot, but they are quite plentiful.
Tow Hitch and drop plate can also be got from here (ex scorpion racing I believe )...
