Hi, I have searched, but could find nothing like this. A couple of hours ago i was giving it some around some beatiful tight curves stringed together by straights of no more than a few hundred yards. 2nd gear corners, around 40mph, up into 3rd on the straights, then back into 2nd. Hi guys, i've recently upgraded from MKIII to MKIV. this is what i want to do.
1. Watch DVD. What do i need to do and or or buy.
2. Watch TV. What do i need to do and or buy
Thanks in advance for your replies....
Cant watch DVD on the MKIV. It isnt designed to do that. TV modules are obselete as of june (or whenever they did the digital switchover) so you're SOL there. You can, however, buy an aux input and run an aftermarket DVD player to watch DVDs on the nav screen.

That is a before pic from earlier this year when I pulled the driveshaft. Yes, the bolts were frozen and I broke two because they were rusted halfway through. Considering it was 5 F/ -15 C in my garage in Febuary, I didn't take a lot of time to clean up the little bits and pieces. There are fresh bolts with anti-sieze in there now so they should come out OK.
Do you happen ...
just a thought, get a peake check which errors are stored in the ecu...

Im interested to see what chris' UOAs have to say about BG syncromesh. I have had syncromax in my gearbox for about 12k miles or so, and I dont mind sacrificing some in the name of science.

I also have a faulty Air bag module (I think, until macgyver here mention a toasted ECU) since I can't communicate with with a diagnostic tool. The module sits in the mid console.
