When I enter a hotmail account in the Windows Mail binded with my Vista
system(Home Version), it always show me a message that Windows Mail no
longer supports Hotmail account. It appears no error when I enter hotmail
acc in Windows Live Mail. What's the problem with it? I am lost now!!!

I use Vista, IE7 and Windows Mail.
I've been using Windows Mail for a while and have been very pleased with the
app. Suddenly (yesterday), when I clicked on a link in a mail, WM started
opening links in a new window in IE with ad-ons disabled, rather than in a
tab in an already open IE (regular, with ad-ons enabled) window as it ...
How do I transfer from one computer (XP)'s Thunderbird addresses and
messages (and folders) to a new computer(VISTA) with Windows Mail? Thanks.

Make sure you have installed Vista's SP1 and SP2 updates. If the problem continues, try running the various repair functions in the WMUtil program: http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil If still no improvement, upgrade to Windows Live Mail: http://download.live.com/wlmail

Your mail account settings are correct. "Unknown error" is usually caused by interference from an antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running? As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus should be turned off, although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects. In a worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled. Email scanning in any antivirus should be disabled, for reasons...

They're very useful. The buttons themselves will not solve anything. You simply use the source button to manually go into the code and delete the unwanted stuff. Clicking the preview button and then running your mouse over the link will show you the link below, in the information bar. You can see if your link has the unwanted code at a glance.
