Rather than retell the story, I'll just let you read the message I wrote to Sears Home Service. Given how they F'd me over royally, I think I was pretty civil.
I hate everything on earth at this moment.

Customer service seems to be a dying 'art form', I've personally experienced two very unacceptable experiences and one was involving PP. I am still waiting and hopefully it will be resolved without wasting too much more of my time.
