Rather than retell the story, I'll just let you read the message I wrote to Sears Home Service. Given how they F'd me over royally, I think I was pretty civil. I hate everything on earth at this moment. The letter: On Tuesday, Novermber 10th, at 9:36am in the morning, I placed a call and used your automated system to schedule a repair for our washing machine. A $1600 washer ...

well who would have ever imagined.. My mother's maiden name was Squirrelfondler! Customer service seems to be a dying 'art form', I've personally experienced two very unacceptable experiences and one was involving PP. I am still waiting and hopefully it will be resolved without wasting too much more of my time.

We've been Home Owners Club members since 2001, and we've used them for: contractors for home remodeling (kitchen, bathrooms), electrician to re-wire the garage, new garage door installation, and a plumber to unplug one of the toilets after my mother-in-law used it (she uses an ungodly amount of tp). Seriously, their list of repairmen is the best of the best. Basically any home repair/ ...

We've been Home Owners Club members since 2001, and we've used them for: contractors for home remodeling (kitchen, bathrooms), electrician to re-wire the garage, new garage door installation, and a plumber to unplug one of the toilets after my mother-in-law used it (she uses an ungodly amount of tp). Seriously, their list of repairmen is the best of the best. Basically any home repair/ remodel you need help with, they have people on...
