Firstly you may want to have your user name changed as Mr. Millan may have a copy write on his name.
Welcome to the site. I would take a stool sample to the vet so they can tell you what if any worms or what else is going on and what meds may be needed.

I just bought a GSD. And it's 11 weeks old approx.
The stomach was hard and had a different brown colour to it .
The guy i got it from didn't get it dewormed , or any shots.. Could this affect my pup at all?
Yesterday i went to the vet and had everything updated.

Yea, im taking her back in about 2 weeks. They said for me to do that . Thanks . i may change it from cesar . haha
