Alright MOS and Spirit, will work on that. I was concentrating on everything else I did not realize that, no biggie, get it next time.

Nice job, Mike. Glad the suggestion about looking the other way helped. Deadlifts are looking pretty good. Just make sure your hips don't come up too fast.

Nice videos Good to have form checks! Something about guys doing Deadlifts is fascinating to watch (at least for me)...

Nice depth on dem skwatz, but like the others said, don't lock teh knees. And on the deads remember to push through with your hips. Sorta hump the bar.
